Meet Beth Eaton

You guys it’s my favorite post of the month and I’m so excited to introduce you to Beth Eaton and show you her adorable family. I’ve featured Beth’s business in a Christmas gift round-up before, and how you get to meet the lovely lady behind the magic.

Beth and her husband have 2 children Eva and Titus! They are 22 months apart which keeps them very busy! Beth says, “My husband and I travel the country one college football team at a time and love the life we have built together. Currently we live in Eugene, OR as he is a strength and conditioning coach for the UO DUCKS!”

Beth is blessed to work from home and has a nanny that comes to their house while she works her 9-5 job as an insurance claims adjuster. But here’s the really interesting thing. Even though Beth is juggling a lot and explains her true passion is cooking and baking. “Really baking and I get REALLY excited thinking about all the fun gadgets I am able to share with people to bring homecooked meals and baked goods to their friends and family!” Because of this, she has found time to also build out a side hustle with a Pampered Chef business!

Meet Beth Eaton One of Many Wives Who Thrive

What part of your career are you most passionate about and why?

For everything I do, (as an insurance claim) adjuster, mom, consultant, and wife I love helping people! I love bringing joy to someone’s life in a time of such uncertainty.

Why did you choose your niche?

I am a problem solver by nature. I will think of 15 different ways to solve a problem, play scenarios out in my head of all the possibilities and then make a decision. I do this with everything in life.

I’m fairly certain my husband gets annoyed because I’ll have different answers and be set with my decision while he is still trying to figure out one! (Ha! I can relate to this!!)

I think that’s why love being an independent consultant with Pampered Chef. I get to help you make life easier!

Is there a non-profit/ministry aspect of your business?

Pampered chef works with Feeding America as well as fundraising to any charity of a persons choosing.

When you dreamed of the ideal career where your strengths, passions, gifts, and talents would connect did you think you would be doing what you are doing? How are things the same/different?

My degree is in education! Elementary to be exact and while I’m not teaching per se, I am teaching people how to manage their mealtimes.

With my full-time job, I’m educating people and helping them get through a time that may be very difficult for them. They aren’t in their normal environment and for some, I provide a light in a dark situation.

What is your best advice for someone wanting to pursue a career in your field?

If you are passionate about it, let that passion show! There is nothing more powerful and encouraging than seeing someone shine when talking about what they love!

Do you have any tips to share about balancing work and the rest of life?

Try your best and know that you can’t do it all. Give yourself grace.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

Everyday strive to be better than you were yesterday!
