You may have heard my book is now available for purchase! I’m so thrilled to finally start to share this three-year project with a larger group. This journey has been a collaborative effort in many ways. It truly takes a village to develop a book from an idea to a 278-page document you can hold.
There are so many people that helped me formulate ideas, sharpen thoughts, round out chapters, and prayed each step of the way. I would never have completed this project without the support of clients who allowed me to flex my time and focus on my own writing on Fridays. The input provided as I shaped the chapters, the cover, and even the bonus offers was all invaluable.
The Understanding Your Calling 7 Step Actionable Study and Thriving in Your Sweet Spot Action Plan downloads will REMAIN AVAILABLE on my website as long as the book is in print, you have the opportunity to dive in now with your book order!
Why a Mighty Network
I’m so grateful for the wise input I received from all of the people who were able to receive a preview copy of the book. One of the consistent suggestions that came back to me was the request for a place to process and network the information I’m providing. I’m looking forward to cheering you on as you clarify your calling, bloom where you’re planted and thrive in your sweet spot. However, I really don’t want to spend any more time on social media than is absolutely necessary.
This will be a safe space for coaches’ wives, military wives, ministry wives, professional athlete’s wives, wives of CEO’s, and any other wife who finds their way to our space to learn from each other, network, cheer each other on, and resource each other. This private network will also be a place where what is said in the group stays in the group.
If you’re unfamiliar with Mighty Networks I’m including 2 screenshots. After you set up your profile and download the app you’ll want to click the Discovery tab and the Topics tab to allow these two screens to appear.
Check out my series More than a Title to hear from Anne, Nichole, and Lori about how the lives of those in the military and ministry intersect with coaches’ wives.
As the wife of a football coach, Beth Walker encourages women whose families are in the public eye to pursue their own callings even as they support their husbands’ careers and ministries. Through her own personal stories as well as interviews with other women who are also living just outside their husbands’ limelight, Beth shows it’s possible to do both.
