You’ll receive a newsletter from me the first week of the month with content that is fresh and new. The goal of my newsletters is to make sure that internet algorithms don’t determine what information is important for those of you who have found your way to my corner of the internet.
Additionally, I usually realize there are a few things I really wanted to share with my readers that never make it to social media or my blog. Many so have writing deadlines between work and ministry commitments that there are days (or weeks!) that I don’t even log onto social media.
But that doesn’t stop the book reviews, kindle deals, conferences, and book launch opportunities from coming! I don’t want my favorite people to miss out on the best freebies or discounts. And when a new amazing author is launching a book, I’ll make sure you’re in the know first.
With each newsletter, I’ll take a few moments to provide a behind-the-scenes look at what is happening in and around our lives, and I’ll include links from my favorite posts, podcast interviews, and upcoming events. If you find that social media isn’t your favorite place, make sure you review my newsletter to stay in the know about the most important things happening will ensure happening over at Lessons from the Sidelines each month! For even more information about what I’m reading check out my GoodReads profile.
Be the first to hear the latest news and make sure you never miss the most important events from the previous month when you sign up for my monthly newsletter.
Thrive in 2022
I’ve learned that there are seasons of life that are easier to walk through when we focus on taking the next step rather than looking for the end of the path. Ready or not, we’re entering a new normal. For many of us, we’re discovering that we have to re-learn how to juggle multiple commitments and daily life at home.
In the past, my solution to handle the intense seasons was to place my needs, wants, and dreams last. But do you know what would eventually happen? I would end up resenting my situation.
So, now, I take time to re-evaluate my commitments and goals. Then, I figure out how I can continue to thrive in my calling even if I have to reduce the energy and time I put toward that part of my weekly calendar momentarily.
I hope you’ll find the questions and activities I’ve complied here helpful as you consider how to thrive in 2022.
